Deliveries and returns

Delivery

Every item is handmade to order, and I’ll dispatch your items as soon as they’re completed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production. During our busy periods (September through January), some orders may experience slight delays. If that happens, please bear with us—I’ll do my best to get in touch and keep you updated.

Your item will be sent to the address you provided, but if you need it shipped to a different location, please let me know at the time of your order.

For UK & EU orders, I ship via Royal Mail Second Class. If you’re ordering from outside these regions, please contact me for a shipping quote.

Returns

I currently don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me.

While I hope you love your purchase, I do offer refunds for items that are damaged, lost, or don’t fit correctly. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do my best to resolve any concerns.
